Comprendre Les Séismes

Six animations pour comprendre les séismes, utilisables en SVT (collège) :1- ORIGINE ET PROPAGATION DES ONDES SISMIQUES : animation montrant lorigine des ondes sismiques (foyer) et leur perte dintensité lors de leur propagation à partir de lépicentre.2- INFLUENCE DE LA MAGNITUDE ET DE LA PROFONDEUR DU FOYER : animation permettant de simuler linfluence de la magnitude et de la profondeur du foyer sur lintensité dun séisme en surface3- RÉPARTITION DES SÉISMES DANS LE MONDE : animation permettant de mettre en relation la répartition des séismes dans le monde et des reliefs.4- ALÉA SISMIQUE DE LA FRANCE : animation montrant la carte de laléa sismique de la France Métropolitaine et dOutre Mer.5- SISMOMÈTRE et SISMOGRAMME : animations permettant de comprendre le principe de fonctionnement du sismomètre et de montrer comment lanalyse dun sismogramme permet de localiser lépicentre dun séisme et de déterminer sa magnitude.6- ORIGINE ET PRÉVENTION DES TSUNAMIS : animation permettant de comprendre la genèse dun tsunami et limportance des systèmes dalerte (exemple du système DART).Six animations for understanding earthquakes, used by SVT (college):1- ORIGIN AND SPREAD OF SEISMIC WAVES: animation showing the origin of seismic waves (home) and loss of intensity when propagating from the epicenter.2 INFLUENCE OF MAGNITUDE AND DEPTH OF FIREPLACE: animated to simulate the influence of the magnitude and depth of focus on the intensity of an earthquake area3.
DISTRIBUTION OF EARTHQUAKES IN THE WORLD: Animation allows to link the distribution of the worlds earthquakes and reliefs.4- SEISMIC HAZARD OF FRANCE: animation showing the map of seismic hazard of the Metropolitan France and Overseas Mer.5- and seismogram seismometer: animations for understanding the operating principle of the seismometer and show how the analysis of a seismogram can locate the epicenter of an earthquake and determine its magnitude.6- ORIGIN AND PREVENTION OF TSUNAMI: Animation for understanding the genesis of a tsunami and the importance of early warning systems (eg DART system).- Affichage plein écran possible.
